My name is Steve Dransfield and I have been image making since I was a teenager -
I covered my fist wedding in 1983 and have been working on being better at what I do ever since.

I was involved in camera retail sales in the 1990's when a new phenomena called digital
was trying to get established in the marketplace. When cameras were really really rubbish
and very expensive. Nowadays, everyone has one, and they can be bought for almost nothing,
but to use them correctly takes great skill and knowledge.

I have photographed people as young as 30 seconds old (my own daughter) right up to the oldest lady in the UK who was 110 at the time, with everyone in between - I have even photographed the Queen!
